Basic Education Program Advisory Committee

G.S. 115C - 81 (a)

Purpose:

Shall advise the State Board of Education (SBE) on any revision being considered to the components of the Basic Education Program.

Membership:

13 members who are appointed by the SBE. Eight are local school board members who are submitted to the SBE by the NC School Boards' Association (NCSBA).
